MIKE MODRO
Founder & CEO
Michael “Mike” Modro is the Founder & CEO of Modro & Company Builders of UT, Inc., a renowned construction company celebrated for its expertise and excellence in the field. With a wealth of experience and business acumen, Mike has steered the company to success and established its reputation as a leader in the construction industry.
Modro was born in Idaho to Polish parents and spent much of his childhood in Vienna, Austria. During his youth amongst Vienna’s timeworn streets, Modro discovered his love for aesthetic elegance and decided to pursue his passion for business. Soon after, Modro became a Cal State Long Beach student, where he enjoyed a career as a professional ice skater. During this time, Modro also began cultivating his entrepreneurial talents by starting his own insurance company, which he continued to operate before graduating from CSULB with his degree in finance.
Mike is an Orange County-based businessman with an eye for luxury and a flair for adventure. As a long-time entrepreneur and former professional athlete, Modro is a master of integrating hardworking business practices with a commitment to bold, adventurous ideas. Italian Custom Imports, Modro’s interior design firm, and the luxury clothing line, Established 46, are just some of Modro’s previous successful enterprises, which began his career during his years in college. Modro’s exceptional expertise in business development is marked by the quality leadership that stems from a lifetime of entrepreneurial experience.
Mike created Modro & Company Builders of UT, Inc. Because of his deep appreciation for real estate in SoCal, passion for sleek homes, and desire to help build growth and sustainability in our local community. His specialty lies in building unique and authentic homes in Southern California, honoring our area’s traditional, classic, and contemporary designs.
Mike’s passion for adventure and his commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship drive his professional and personal pursuits. As an outdoor enthusiast, he finds joy in activities like parasailing, camping, and spending time with his beloved dogs. Despite being the dynamo behind his many business ventures, Modro still finds time to indulge his love for adventure; as an avid kite-surfer, he likes to spend his free time traveling the tropics in search of the perfect ocean breeze and spending time with his fiancé, Lauren.

Warren P. is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company. He possesses over 22 years of experience as an attorney specializing in employment law, corporate law, and government regulations. For the past 10 years, he has been an entrepreneur, successfully establishing and managing numerous businesses within the medical, pharmaceutical, and legal sectors. Warren earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Economics and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the College of William and Mary.
In addition to his professional endeavors, he actively participates in a variety of activities and organizations, including Omicron Delta Epsilon—an Economic Honor Society; Phi Theta Kappa—an Academic Honor Society; serving as a journalist for the independent Tallahassee newspaper, the Florida Flambeau; and being a member of the Florida State University Marching Chiefs.

John serves as a Project Manager at Modro & Company Builders of UT. Before joining the Modro team, John first engaged in the construction business beginning in 1984, and has proven to bring significantly value to the Modro & Co. team. His expertise in luxury home building, timber framing, intricate woodworking, and New England-style techniques provide valuable contributions to the organization and its clientele. Additionally, John also holds a contractor’s license. In John’s leisure time, he pursues various interests including fossil exploration, precision sharpshooting, crossbows, string trajectory, spearfishing, scuba diving, and reef diving. He has a passion for travel and is particularly fond of the islands of the Philippines. Moreover, he is recognized as a National Geo Trekker. John is also an active advocate of autism awareness.

Prior to joining Modro & Company Builders, Frankie spent his time in security management with, Spacex, an aerospace corporation. In this fast-paced 24-hour operation, he was involved in coordinating solutions to physical security issues as well as infrastructure issues, safety issues, and maintenance issues. Prior to Frankie’s time at Spacex, his experience included law enforcement and construction. Both industries contributed to his deep understanding of the value of effective communication and team building which are two things Frankie is also intensely passionate about. On a more personal note, Fitness, Muay Thai, relationship building, and the great outdoors are how Frankie likes to spend his time.

Her responsibilities include coordinating collaborative efforts among diverse teams, managing project deadlines, and optimizing resource allocation as well as playing a vital role in guiding clients throughout their projects while acting as a readily accessible intermediary for the client and Modro’s project management team and systems.
